3. Opt‑In and Opt‑Out Instructions Opt‑In: You may opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent option on our website or lead forms. Opt‑Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Rejoining Instructions To rejoin after opting out, sign up again through any of our opt‑in forms or other enrollment methods you originally used, and we will resume sending messages to you.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing for SMS (A2P/10DLC Disclosures) No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use‑case categories exclude text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text‑message services. 8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance With Industry Standards; Legal Compliance Note We strive to operate our messaging program in accordance with applicable industry standards for U.S. A2P/10DLC messaging, including proper consent, opt‑out, and support workflows. We process personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. and Canadian laws. 10. Website Use; Prohibited Conduct You agree not to misuse the Services. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABS Franchise Services, Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services or from any messages you receive or fail to receive. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for delays, failures, or misdirected delivery of any communications.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABS Franchise Services, Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
